AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST

AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST
The aims and objectives for which the named charitable trust is established are as under:
a)      To promote welfare of the society specially in rural areas by imparting education and training in the field of arts, science, literature, commerce, music, sports, health, physical education etc by starting, establishing, running, taking over, managing and maintaining schools and institutions with an objective to provide sound pre-primary, primary, middle, secondary, senior secondary and college/university level of education to the students.
b)      To establish any institution or trust for the welfare of victims of natural calamities and to provide food and shelter to needy persons from time to time.
c)      To arrange, establish and manage training institutions for teachers’ training, other professional and technical training such as typing, shorthand, computer, engineering, fine arts, crafts, music, printing, nursing, modelling, dancing, yoga, physical education etc.
d)     To promote health of the people in the rural areas, especially for weaker and economically poor sections through arranging medical/health camps, health awareness programs, yoga camps, setting up medical institutions, dispensaries and giving ambulance & Mortuary Van services to the local people.
e)      To promote literacy, cultural and social activities by Awareness Programmes, Adult Education Classes, Lectures, Essay Competitions, Workshops, Exhibitions, Symposia, Cultural Programmes, Press Conferences and Seminars etc.
f)       To conduct training and skills development programs such as software development, computer programming, communication, IT, research training and development programs and award certificates.
g)      To set up a Community Radio, to provide a mechanism for enabling individuals, groups and communities to tell their own stories, to share experiences and in a media-rich world, to become creators and contributors of media.
h)      To establish and maintain libraries and reading rooms for the use and convenience of general public.
i)        Publication of books, periodicals, translation in Hindi language from literature of other Indian languages.
j)        To aid, establish, take over or collaborate with any institution or association, having identical aims and objectives as that of the trust for physical, mental, spiritual, educational development.  
k)      To establish any institution or trust for the welfare, maintenance and development of orphans of any community or society.
l)        To accept donations or raise subscriptions from members of the Board of Trustees or from any other person or organization. These funds will be invested for the fulfilment of the aims and objects of the Trust and further, for the expansion of the Trust on such terms and conditions as may be deemed proper and necessary.
m)    To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents to look after the work and for furtherance of aims and objects of the Trust and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees etc.
n)      To set up various committees for looking after the work and for furtherance of aims and objects of the Trust.
o)      To purchase/acquire land on lease /or built-up building in the name of Trust and make construction thereupon for the fulfilment of the aims and objects of the trust.
p)      To felicitate senior citizens, working in the field of Hindi language, script and literature, Art & Culture, Unity of the Nation, for their lifetime achievements.

q)      To do other activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive for the fulfilment of the above aims and objects of the trust, for advancement of any other object or objects that are legally charitable and of general public utility and shall not be limited or restricted to any particular religion community caste or creed.
